Zen’s had enough with standing around outdoors. Lay on the ground? Are you nuts, dad?

A place for the Olivetti Lettera 22.

What a wonderfully pleasant way to celebrate the day – I love pictures of typewriters outside enjoying nature.
I think there’s a perception of the typewriter being an antique office machine, relegated to cold, sterile cubicles or typing pools. I know that’s what I thought, back in the day when they were the standard word processor. Now with computers, even laptops, I’m finding it fun to take the typewriter outdoors, free from the electronic grid.
But not too far away. My idea of “roughing it” is if the hotel doesn’t have WiFi.
I don’t think I’ve seen a happier Lettera 22. 🙂
Indoors or outside? 🙂
Nice article! I have three Lettera 22 (different fonts and different keys: squares and circular) and I love them!
Thank you! One of these days I’m going to find a Lettera 22 or other model that has a cursive or script font.
